·fiTo send a fax, select one or more numbers from the list. You can select any combination of distribution lists and individual numbers. In addition, you can enter new phone numbers by clicking on the New Number button. Please indicate if you would like the fax to be preceded by an automatically generated coverpage. If the ValueFax background program was started when you started your Macintosh, you can schedule a fax to be sent later. Just click the Send Later button and specify the time you want the fax to be sent. You can also click the Spool Now button to send the fax right away using the ValueFax Background program. The spooling takes place quickly so you can go about your work while the fax is prepared and sent.
Click on the Save as Attachment button to convert the selected pages into an attachment that you can fax over and over. This can be used for data sheets, for example. Click on the Attachments check box to indicate that you want to send some attachments with the fax.
